Turkey Crab Sauce
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 pint (1 cup) dairy sour cream
- 1 can crab meat
- 2 cups diced turkey or chicken
- 2 tablespoons sautéed onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the sour cream, crab meat, and diced turkey or chicken.
- If using, sauté onions in a separate pan until golden and then add to the mixture.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot over biscuits or in shells.
