Turkey Crab Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 pint (1 cup) dairy sour cream
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 2 cups diced turkey or chicken
  • 2 tablespoons sautéed onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sour cream, crab meat, and diced turkey or chicken.
  2. If using, sauté onions in a separate pan until golden and then add to the mixture.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot over biscuits or in shells.
